That is pretty much a best case situation, although I've seen some greater flips that are over 100 percent profit. By flipping those things you have made yourself a 100k gain. But imagine if you spent 1M rather than 100k? Or 10M, or 100M?
Unfortunately, it doesn't scale TOO linearly, since there's always a restricted supply. The more items you attempt to buy, the more you're driving the price upwards. It'll be a good deal easier to reverse 1k potions than it will be to reverse 100k potions, because the latter will require much longer to flip.
