It's interesting to see the various play styles I've been throughout my life; from working through bosses runs to running a roleplaying clan to hours of skills, so I could complete an objective with RS Gold.

It's now my preference to slow down my game, avoiding anything that might boost my XP base, to allow me to enjoy the long haul to level up. I often read while playing - it's strangely enjoyable to hear the clink of my pickaxe or mattock as background sound.

What keeps me coming back to RuneScape is the feeling it gives me like a living being, always evolving with new challenges and new locations. There are the tools and the interwoven tapestries that bring the different aspects of gameplay together, and allow me to play from creating runestones to exploring dinosaurs. My favorite game is Archaeology because of the way it combines lore-based exploration with amazing skill advancement.

Concerning RuneScape the lore, don't forget the quest lines. Here I've experienced gothic horror, epic fantasy and the desire of one man to bake cakes. I'll never forget how many hours that I was in the Temple of Light, even as I'm sometimes wishing I could. There's also Old School RuneScape through which I can travel back to the original game I discovered and fell in love with.

I've stopped for breaks, usually when I'm immersed in an exciting game from RuneScape over the time. The longest break was during the time that Evolution of Combat (also known as EoC) was released. the actions bars and abilities were at war with the RuneScape part of my brain.

RuneScape is, however, never is able to lure me and this time I was snared by the Legacy Combat Mode, which revived the tick-based battles of the past. EoC and I have an uneasy relationship, mostly due to reluctance on my part, but I'm trying. Rarely.

My diaries still contain records on my latest RuneScape accomplishments, particularly when I'm able to acquire a brand-new skills-enhancing pet and it's important to provide notes on the Indie gaming I've enjoyed, as well as an rant about my inability to make Log Stool homemade recipes from Animal Crossing: New Horizons. I'm currently working on a list of what I'd like to accomplish in RuneScape in the coming year.

I would like to improve my Dungeoneering skills (unlikely) and also rework my money pit house with Buy RuneScape Gold. Perhaps I'll even get around to doing this Salt in the Wound quest at one point I had a desire for this quest, until I was told by a friend about some pillars - you're aware of. Since that day I've never been able to take on the task, but perhaps 2022 is the year.
