RuneScape has grown considerably from its browser-based origins over the past few years, with Steamforged's board game just the most recent game from Jagex. In an interview, multiple Jagex employees spoke about transitioning Runescape's mobile version to an open-platform version and Buy RS Gold in September of last year.

It's an idler game that's similar to games such as Clicker Heroes or Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, launched on Steam in the year before and wears its influence from Jagex's most popular game Runescape with rs gold shop pride.
