Best way to fax from iPhone

Hey all. I’m dealing with an outdated requirement — sending a fax — and I don’t have access to a physical fax machine or landline. I thought I’d just download an app and handle it from my iPhone, but there are way too many choices. I only need to fax a couple of times a year, so I’d prefer something simple, trustworthy, and not bloated with features I won’t use. If anyone knows of an app that just gets the job done without all the fluff, I’d really appreciate the help.

It worked the first time, didn’t crash, and didn’t require me to subscribe before testing it out. The UI is modern and doesn’t feel like it was ported over from a 2005 desktop version.
