2. When installing indoor floodlights, anti-static measures should be taken, such as grounding the workbench and anti-static measures for appropriate anti-static service personnel. Although the quality of different levels of LED floodlights is different, but the antistatic ability is different, but regardless of the strength of the static electricity, antistatic measures must be taken.
3. When installing indoor floodlights, pay attention to sealing, poor sealing, diameter will affect the service life of LED floodlights. At the same time, the wiring of indoor floodlights should not exceed 25 cm. Of course, the transformer power can be extended accordingly, otherwise it will affect the brightness.
4. When installing the indoor searchlight, please try to use the series LED form, because the voltage difference of the LED searchlight is special. The peak current of the ordinary LED is kept at 80 mA, and the reverse voltage is equal to or higher than 6V. Therefore, when designing the circuit, please pay attention to the peak voltage and current at this limit.
5. If soldering is required, the soldering power should be 25 watts or less, and the soldering iron should be controlled below 300 degrees Celsius, because indoor floodlights usually use led lighting, which is very fragile and easily damaged at high temperatures. Therefore, the welding time is also controlled at 3 seconds.
